Responsible Gaming
Play should stay fun and affordable. You must be 18 or older to use SpinFelt. Nothing here promises a win, and you should only play with money you can afford to lose. The tools below are in your account under Responsible Gaming.
Load limits
Set a daily, weekly and monthly limit on how much money you add. Lowering a limit takes effect right away. Raising or removing one takes 24 hours.
Check-in reminders
While the site is open, a check-in appears on a timer you choose: every 30 minutes by default, or every 20, 15 or 10 minutes. It reminds you how long you have been playing; it does not close the game.
Take a break
Turn off adding money and loading games for 1 hour, 24 hours, 3 days or 7 days. A break lifts on its own when the time is up.
Self-exclusion
For a longer break, self-exclude for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. While you are excluded you cannot add money or load a game. Cashing out stays open.
Your spending
See the money you have added next to what you have redeemed, so you can compare it with what you planned.
Self-assessment
Six quick questions, such as whether you chase losses or play to escape problems. Your answers stay on your device and are used only to suggest a level of caution.
Signs it may be time to stop
- You spend more than you planned, or borrow money to play.
- You chase losses to win money back.
- You hide how much you play from people close to you.
- You play to escape stress or problems.
- You have tried to cut back and could not.
