Guides on this site are published by the SpinFelt Editorial Team, the staff who run the site and its player support.
How we use AI
Some first drafts are written with AI tools. An AI draft is saved as a draft only. A member of our team reviews it, checks it against how the site actually works, and decides whether to publish it.
What we check
Bonus amounts, limits, cash-out steps and eligibility rules must match the live site. We do not publish promo codes that do not exist, and we do not promise wins or describe tricks that change the outcome of a game.
Dates
Each guide shows when it was published and when it was last updated, so you can judge whether the details are current.
Corrections
If something in a guide is wrong or out of date, email support@spinfelt.com with the page link. We review every report and update the guide when it needs it.
