What is SpinFelt?
SpinFelt is one account and one wallet for 12 online game rooms, including fish tables and slots such as Juwa, Fire Kirin, Orion Stars and Game Vault. You buy in once, then load whichever room you want to play.
How do I load a game?
Open a room, choose an amount and press Load. The coins move from your Play balance into that game, and your game login stays on the page so you can open it on your phone or computer.
How do cash-outs work?
Redeem your coins back to your Cash-out balance, then ask for a cash-out to your card, bank, Chime or crypto wallet. Your ID must be approved, and our team reviews each request before it is sent.
Which payment methods can I use?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Chime and Cash App through our payment partner, and crypto (USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC, USDC). The amounts you can pay are shown in the cashier before you confirm.
Where can I play?
Only in eligible US states and only if you are 18 or older. The current list of blocked states is in our Terms, and we check your location when you buy in.
Is there a free way to enter?
Yes. New players can collect up to $5 in Free Play on the Free Play Road by finishing simple steps, and the official rules explain the free way to enter, the prizes and the odds. Read them before you play.
Are Coins the same as cash?
No. Coins are a reward currency for streaks, missions and codes. They can be swapped for Free Play but never withdrawn.
How long does a cash-out take?
Every request is checked by a person, so we do not promise a time. You get an alert and a receipt the moment it is sent.
